Terms & Conditions
- Tours in 5 to 9 seats vehicles with air conditioning;
- Tours with small groups, up to 8 people;
- Requesting a private tour is charged an additional fee of 220euros;
- Passengers insurance according to the Portuguese legislation;
- In case a place of visit is closed, an alternative will be provided;
- Oporto Sensations Tour is not liable for any objects or valuables left inside the
vehicles; - Oporto Sensations Tour is not liable for any delays due to traffic, mechanical faults,
accident or weather conditions; - In pre-paid services, if the customer is delayed for more than 10 minutes or no show,
there is no right to a refund. - Services are subject to availability and require the minimum of 2 people, if you are a
single traveler we can try to find a solution; - Payment can be made by bank transfer 8 days before the date of the tour or on the
day of the tour in cash; - Withdrawal of pre-paid services up to 48 hours before the day of the tour will be fully
paid back, after this period, 100% of the value will be charged; - The Oporto Sensations Tour has the right to cancel the tour, offering alternative to the
customer or full refund; - Direct reservations can be made through our website, email or telephone. They are
only confirmed after we send via email, whats app, facebook or cell phone message
the confirmation; - Smoking, eating and drinking, with the exception of water, are not permitted inside
the vehicle; - Free for children up to 3 years old, 50% discount for children between 4 and 11 years
old, from 12 years old it is adult value. The guide has the right to request the proof of
age of the children (ID); - Only reservations made through our website are entitled to the prices mentioned, as well as special offers.
