"*wonderful tour, excellent guide - really*
João gave us the chance to explore the wonderful region of Braga and the Peneda-Gerês National Park, with swimming in the waterfalls, an authentic lunch and other homemade tastings in a mountain village - all along breathtaking views of the Minho landscapes.
João is not only an excellent, proud and responsible guide, he was a real travel companion, letting our family fully enjoy the hidden gems and stories of this region.
On the way back to Porto, when we asked him where to eat the best grilled sardinhas, he even changed his route and dropped us near the Matosinhos beach and the street with the best fisherman's restaurants just around the corner. What a day."

"Our Douro tour was amazing. To many items to list but one in particular made our day, Tiago. There are tour guides and then there is that special guy who makes you feel like your on a family trip. Highly knowledgeable, attentative and considerate. Add in that we made life long friends with Thomas and Paulo who joined us that day and all I can say was Amazing."

"Our day in the Douro Valley with João was perfect. He took us to a medium size vineyard and wine maker. Had lunch in Pinhao then enjoyed an hour boat ride up the Douro River. João was incredibly knowledgeable about the region and the wine making process plus he's a delight to spend the day with. We all loved the day and cannot thank him enough for the unforgettable experience."

"Despite the rain, we had the most amazing day at the Douro valley!We enjoyed the wonderfull views, the visits of some little traditional villages, the local food and of course the wine tasting.Joao (and his friend) were the perfect guides:very friendly and absolutly passionate about the Douro region. We ended the day with a big smile and a happy feeling  A must do trip when visiting Porto!"

"Amazing tour, our favorite part of our trip to Portugal.

All the five-star reviews made us question if this company was legit, but the reviews are real! We had the best time on this tour. Beautiful views, delicious lunch, and great winery visits. It was really cool to visit a medium and large winery, fun to see the differences in how they operate. Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful day trip

We had an amazing day in the Duoro wine area. We were picked up promptly from our apartment by Joao and driven in a very comfortable van out of Porto and on to the Duoro region. From the outset Joao was extremely informative and it was immediately apparent he had a real passion for the area. I won't go into detail about our day only to say that everything was more than I expected. Would recommend this tour in a heart beat. Joao is brilliant"

"A Must Tour @ Douro Valley
Pedro, our tour guide is friendly, he shared the history of Douro Valley. Everything mentioned in the tour is true - hotel roundtrip pick up, free lunch with wine, dessert & coffee, 2 winery tour in Douro Valley & the douro valley river cruise. He told me that Douro Valley is like the eiffel tower in paris. A visit to porto is not complete without visiting the Douro Valley river cruise. He is right! A breath taking river cruise ! We visited 2 winery plus a lunch. I highly recommend this tour!
