“A Phenomenal Tour"
Can’t rave about it enough! Pedro was the best tour guide. He was attentive, knew so much great historical information, and other tours were jealous of how great our guide was compared to theirs! Douro valley was beautiful, and the wine tastings were great. We loved the lunch- we had great local food. As a quick tip- be sure to have cash on hand for when you initially stop to get coffee and pastries for those that are interested.

"Amazing Wine Tour"
An amazing Duoro Valley wine tour. Our guide, Bruno, did a fantastic job. A Porto native, he was very passionate about his city and country as well as very knowledgeable about it all, including the Duoro Valley, the wineries, and the wines. The wineries we visited were very welcoming, the wines were amazing, and the food was delicious. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough, it is a must when visiting Portugal.

“This was the best experience of Douro Valley! I wanted to get away from a crowded weekend in Porto and loved the small group size. The locations we visited were a great mix of local and popular stops. Our guide was so amazing and Knowledgeable! I highly recommend this tour for tourists and for the travelers that want to immerse into the culture!”

”Magical and High-Quality Tour of The Douro Valley”
Pedro was our tour guide, he was kind, gracious, knowledgeable of the Douro Valley and wine in general. He is very experienced with this tour and his enthusiasm was apparent. Our river cruise was stunning, and the landscape was breathtaking! We visited 2 separate Vineyards, one more modern and the another was older, and family owed. They were both special in their own unique way and it was nice to see the 2 different perspectives. Our lunch was amazing, and the view was priceless, on top of a mountain overlooking the Valley and River. If you are considering booking this tour, I highly recommend it. We were on a business trip and one of my colleagues (who is well versed in wine) book this tour for us, and it did not disappoint. Our colleagues booked a different/less expensive tour (NOT with Oporto Sensations Tours) and they were not happy with their tour with offered a lower quality wine. If you are taking a day tour to the Douro Valley do not at all hesitate to book the Oporto Sensations Tour – you have an unforgettable day and truly magical experience. As long as you have an experienced guide, this will be memorable. Clean air stunning views, great hikes and natural pools that you can swim in with lots of fish.
